REFUND AND AUTO-SHIP POLICY
We have done our best to create, what we believe, are the finest skincare products available for men today. However, we know you can't be perfect 100% of the time and nothing is perfect for each individual.
We are so confident that you will enjoy our products that we provide a 30 day, no hassle, guarantee or your money back. If for whatever reason a product does not work for your skin, you may return any products purchased (used or unused) within 30 days of the initial purchase date for a full refund.
The product(s) must be at least 1/2 full to be eligible for a return if used.
Our sample box is not eligible for a return. Shipping fees on these items and full-sized orders are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We reserve the right to refuse a return from anyone whom we believe abuses our return policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you purchased The Experience and are happy with one or more of the products and only want to return one you will be refunded the discounted price of that particular item.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your online statement again.
Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@SQiNFORHIM.com. We will make sure that the problem is corrected.
If ever you decide you no longer wish to receive our easy reload program you may cancel at anytime. We are not fan's of companies that are impossible to contact or don't correspond when you want to cancel a subscription service. Simply contact us with your account information and your auto-ship subscription will be cancelled within 2 business days. No hassles, No B.S. You will be sent a cancellation confirmation email.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 7955 Silverton Ave STE 1211, STE 1211, San Diego CA 92126, United States. Please give copy of original receipt for full refund minus shipping. Be sure to include full name, address and phone number included with return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
